From humble beginnings to a premier community destination in Logan Central.
Who We Are
Diggers Services Club was established by a group of former service men and women from several different organisations, with a shared vision of creating a safe and welcoming social environment for the ex-service community and the wider Logan community. Diggers Services Club is not and never has been an RSL.
The Club was granted its liquor licence and officially opened its doors on
16 April 1986. At the time, operations were supported by one permanent staff member, four casual employees and a dedicated group of volunteers.
Growth and Development
Since gaming machines were introduced in Queensland in February 1992, Diggers Services Club has continued to grow and evolve. The Club initially operated 20 gaming machines under Licence No. 11, marking a new chapter in its development.
The purchase of the Club’s property, followed by the acquisition of adjoining properties, enabled further expansion to accommodate its growing membership.
Following major construction works in 1998, the Club operated 182 gaming machines and introduced new facilities, including a foyer, escalators, the Coral Circular Bar, the Cavs Sports Bar and function rooms.
Further renovations increased the number of gaming machines to 200 and expanded the Club’s facilities to include the Bravo Bar, Essence Restaurant, café, function rooms, Keno, Cubby Club, meeting rooms and members’ bottle shop.
Today, Diggers Services Club continues to improve its facilities to meet the needs of its members and guests.

Diggers Services Club is committed to high standards of service, cleanliness and safety, supported by our dedicated, long-serving staff. Our community support includes scholarships and funding for local schools, charitable and welfare assistance, and providing meeting spaces for community groups.
